Yoga with a Chair LIVESTREAM

Pretty much any yoga pose you can do on a mat can be done in a chair or using the chair as a prop. If you have mobility or range of motion constraints, chair yoga can provide you with deep stretching and improvements in strength and flexibility. In this class you will do seated and standing poses.
Classes - If a cancellation is completed at least one hour before the class starts, the class will be placed back in your account. If not, the class will be forfeited. Courses - There is no refund for courses.
