Course Description

Spend a few hours with Jane going in depth on yoga's foundational poses, the ones that you do in most every class. You'll receive personalized guidance toward a version of each pose that feels safe yet challenging. Come prepared to move, but know that you won't be moving every moment of our two hours together.

Cancellation Policy

Classes - If a cancellation is completed at least one hour before the class starts, the class will be placed back in your account. If not, the class will be forfeited. Courses and Workshops - There is no refund for courses and workshops. Email us if there are extreme extenuating circumstances.
