Course Description

This class offers a combination of gentle stretching, postures based on the Yin yoga tradition, and meditation. All postures are done on the floor and can be done in a chair if that is better for you. There could also be extended breathing practices, called pranayama, that can help soothe the nervous system. There will be a long savasana and guided meditation at the end of class every week.

Cancellation Policy

Classes - If a cancellation is completed at least one hour before the class starts, the class will be placed back in your account. If not, the class will be forfeited. Courses and Workshops - There is no refund for courses and workshops. Email us if there are extreme extenuating circumstances.
