Marigold Strength Focus on: Knees

Course Description
This was a very popular workshop when we offered it last year. It is a great adjunct to our weekly Marigold Strength classes but can definitely be taken standalone. In this 90-minute workshop, we'll learn how painful knees can be either the source of or the result of ankle, hip and back pain, and use straight-forward stretches and exercises to improve agility, awaken sleepy muscles, and get everything working in concert so you can move with more ease. You'll need to be able to get up and down from the floor for this workshop, and we have chairs (and walls) that can assist you with that.

Regularly Schedule Classes: If you cancel your registration/remove yourself from the class roster at least one hour before class starts, the class will be returned to your account.
