Course Description
This is the first in a monthly series of workshops that are a great adjunct to weekly Marigold Strength classes. Each month, Erica will focus on a different area of the body, with a goal of improving range of motion and reducing pain and discomfort. In this 90-minute workshop, we'll learn how immobile feet can lead to knee, hip and back pain, and use straight-forward stretches and exercises to improve agility, awaken sleepy muscles, and get everything working in concert so you can move with more ease.
