Course Description
This is the the continuation of our monthly series of workshops that are a great adjunct to weekly Marigold Strength classes. Each month, Erica will focus on a different area of the body, with a goal of improving range of motion and reducing pain and discomfort. In this 90-minute workshop, we'll learn about the different role of different parts of the spine (some areas are designed for mobility, others for stability) and to use straight-forward stretches and exercises to improve mobility and strength and get everything working in concert so you can move with more ease.

Cancellation Policy
Regularly Schedule Classes: If you cancel your registration/remove yourself from the class roster at least one hour before class starts, the class will be returned to your account. Within one hour of class starting, it is considered a late cancellation and your class will be forfeited. Email us if there are extraordinary circumstances so we can help you. Workshops: There is no refund for workshops unless specifically stated otherwise in the workshop description.
