Barre for Beginners LIVESTREAM
Course Description
Barre is a workout format that takes elements from Pilates, yoga, aerobics and strength training, and combines them into a practice in which you use a barre or countertop for balance and support. Our barre instructors are trained to make folks who are new to barre feel confident that they are moving in appropriate ways for their bodies. Class is taught with progressions so that complete newbies can be together with experienced students and everyone can feel safe and challenged. Our barre instructors are also Marigold Yoga instructors, so they will encourage the mindful practice of barre, and embrace a consistent approach to this workout style.

Cancellation Policy
Regularly Schedule Classes: If you cancel your registration/remove yourself from the class roster at least one hour before class starts, the class will be returned to your account. Within one hour of class starting, it is considered a late cancellation and your class will be forfeited. Email us if there are extraordinary circumstances so we can help you. Workshops: There is no refund for workshops unless specifically stated otherwise in the workshop description.
