Course Description

NMR stands for No Mat Required. We designed these classes for livestreaming, in response to many of you who said that your space was a barrier to practicing yoga. In NMR classes, you won't need to find a spot for your mat, or sit on the floor. The poses will be done standing, or using a wall or chair. And as long as you aren't wearing super restrictive clothing, you should be able to do the class fairly comfortably in whatever clothes you are currently wearing.
