Hi! I’m Kyle, and I’ve been joining the livestreams from Pittsburgh. I just started practicing regularly last month, and it’s been very helpful for me. I’m a little shy in group settings, but will likely open up after a while. Right now, I know very little about Yoga, but have been trying to get some historical information about it. I enjoy slower-paced classes where I can bumble my way into an asana, and not fall too far behind.
